The Delta Asthma Clinic (DAC) provides diagnostic, treatment, and preventive care for uninsured and underinsured adults and children within the Good Samaritan Health Center. Education is provided for all asthma clinic patients and caregivers, focusing on preventative measures to decrease asthma symptoms, and improve knowledge and understanding of asthma care. Medication assistance is provided to reduce barriers to medication compliance through utilization of prescription pharmaceutical assistance software. In addition, DAC provides opportunity for collaboration and increased knowledge and skills of the 21st Century Team and other referring health care providers.

Delta Asthma Clinic is now seeing uninsured patients, and underinsured patients without access to specialty care coverage.
